Job Summary
Supervise team leads and frontline staff during shifts while coaching in real time to maintain energy and accountability. Oversee daily park execution including staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness, collaborating with the General Manager on labor strategy and safety procedures. Ensure guests feel welcome and supported from check-in to check-out by leading recovery efforts and training teams to respond with urgency. Conduct safety walkthroughs, maintain brand standards, and manage high-volume guest flow for birthday parties and special events. Requires minimum 2–3 years of formal management experience, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency in scheduling tools and POS platforms. Compensation is $60,000–$64,480 plus bonus.
