Job Summary
Oversee daily park execution by supervising team leads and frontline members, managing staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness. Coach staff in real time to maintain energy, support hiring and training, and lead guest recovery efforts. Conduct safety walkthroughs, enforce brand standards, and collaborate with the General Manager on labor strategy and scheduling. Adapt to real-time challenges to ensure seamless operations and support high-volume events like birthday parties. Requires minimum 2–3 years of formal management experience in a high-volume, guest-facing industry. Full-time onsite role with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $45–50k.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience, including direct responsibility for leading teams
- Experience overseeing daily operations, managing teams on the floor, and adapting to shifting priorities in real time
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and supporting operational goals
- A hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable using technology and operational systems, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS platforms, scheduling tools, and reporting dashboards
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
