Job Summary
Lead front-of-house operations at Assembly Hall, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest service across multiple food and beverage outlets. Oversee private event setup, service, and breakdown while acting as the client-facing operational lead to welcome hosts and address concerns. Perform daily venue walkthroughs, bar setup, and opening/closing duties. Manage labor scheduling, inventory controls, and accountability for cleanliness and sanitation standards. Coach team members to uphold hospitality requirements and jump on the floor to resolve issues and support the team. Collaborate with stall operators to meet food, beverage, and entertainment standards. Requires 4+ years of F&B management experience and Manager Food Handler/Alcohol Service certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of food & beverage management experience
- Event operations experience
- Bar management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fun, energetic, and passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with multiple priorities
- Manager Food Handler's and Alcohol Service Certifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs
