Job Summary
Identify high-impact AI adoption opportunities across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, then drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional priorities. Own and standardize software stacks to implement AI-first operations, including Claude and internal automation agents. Build and maintain the operating rhythm through weekly leadership updates and a quarterly initiative roadmap to ensure real-time visibility into business performance. Automate and optimize supply chain processes to keep mission-critical hardware shipping on schedule while designing new processes in partnership with key teams. This in-office role in Austin, TX, includes approximately 30% travel for cross-functional collaboration and reporting to the Co-CEO.
Required Qualifications
- Background in management consulting
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience owning complex initiatives independently
- Structured thinking
- Strong operator mindset
- Comfortable working across teams rather than sitting inside one function
- Proven experience running complex, cross-functional programs independently
- Experience scoping through execution without a playbook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans
- Comfortable building processes and systems from scratch
- Ability to drive adoption of processes across teams that don't report to you
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and automation
- Excellent communication skills
- Credibility to work directly with senior leadership and engineering/ops teams alike
- In-office role based in Austin, TX
- Approximately 30% travel
- Visits to Doodle Labs' Singapore office
