Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day program delivery across all initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and timely project implementation. Coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams by setting performance targets, monitoring productivity, and providing mentorship. Manage commercial and strategic partnerships while maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, and external stakeholders. Develop and optimize operational workflows to ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements. Track operational KPIs, collaborate with the M&E team to align operations with impact goals, and provide insights to improve program effectiveness. This role supports leadership in focusing on fundraising and long-term strategy within a mission-driven NGO in Lagos.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field
- 5 – 8 years' experience in operations management
- experience in an NGO or development sector
- Proven experience in team leadership and project execution
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
