Job Summary
Operations Manager needed to own hiring pipelines, coordinate team events and culture, manage project scheduling and delivery planning, and drive outbound outreach to prospective clients in a hands-on role within a small, growing consultancy. You’ll have ownership across the business from day one, with responsibilities including improving hiring pipelines for technical/operational roles, coordinating culture initiatives and onboarding, managing resource allocation, and supporting business development. Requires experience in operations or a similar generalist role, strong written communication, people orientation, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, self-direction in a startup environment, and familiarity with Notion or Jira.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar generalist role
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills – you’ll be writing outreach and coordinating with clients
- People-oriented – you care about team culture and hiring well
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Jira, or similar)
