Job Summary
Lead a team of 3-7 supervisors and 50-200+ associates by creating a safe work environment, maintaining compliance, and delivering effective feedback. Mentor, train, and develop teammates for career progression while proactively identifying process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing forecasts, determining labor requirements, and partnering with other managers to balance daily and weekly operations. Constantly review performance data with supervisors to ensure adherence to or exceeding operational goals across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Value-add Services.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years previous supervisory experience
- Operational experience and knowledge across two or more functional areas of e-commerce, warehousing/distribution, or 3PL operation
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years management experience
- preference within e-commerce, warehousing/distribution industries
- Ability to manage, motivate, direct, lead, train and develop other leaders and team members
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to exceed target goals and objectives including examples of SLA accomplishments
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- moderate to advanced capabilities in applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, ERP/WMS/TMS, etc.
