Job Summary
Plan and develop work schedules for service personnel and routes, then inspect the physical condition of the establishment for safety, quality, and program compliance. Conduct quality audits to verify completed work, audit and maintain inventory supply, and investigate customer requests to ascertain malfunctions and address them with the manager. Analyze and facilitate budget requests to identify reduction areas, compile data for estimates, and maintain financial reports on labor hours, overhead, and billing. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, direct supervisory management, and act as a liaison between the company, customers, employees, and subcontractors. Some travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- 2 – 5 years of experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid driver's license
