Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for leading the manufacturing and packaging process, improving cycle times and manufacturing efficiencies, and directing continuous improvement across safety, people, service, quality, and cost. Drives attainment of operational goals within budget, maintains safe work environment in compliance with laws, and reviews criminal history as part of safeguarding company operations. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm; Travel 5%; supports a 24/7 operation; eligible for bonus and long-term incentive programs. Location: Homewood, IL; United States.
