Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of restoration crews, managing schedules, production levels, and a diverse workforce to ensure timely job processing at minimum cost. Effectively communicate with staff, delegate duties, and develop employees through training to improve skills and knowledge. Implement processes to enhance performance, collaborate with support personnel to prevent delays, and enforce strict safety procedures in assigned areas. Requires 2+ years of management experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly while climbing ladders and working in tight spaces. Reports to the General Manager within an independently owned franchise.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- 2+ years of management experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred
- IICRC certifications preferred
