Job Summary
Oversee plant operations including supply management, production scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, and warehouse activities while managing budgets and implementing change initiatives. Build a safety culture by enforcing health and safety compliance, quality assurance standards, and OSHA regulations to eliminate work-related injuries. Analyze production, quality control, and maintenance data to resolve nonconformities and optimize equipment utilization in a just-in-time environment. Supervise direct and indirect reports, address performance concerns, and foster positive employee relations while partnering with regional leaders to drive profitability.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10 Years' experience in manufacturing, supply chain, materials management, logistics and quality control
- 5+ Years' experience in Safety and Risk programs
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Relocation available
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing experience - green belt preferred
