Job Summary
Operations Manager at Sensei Lanai leads day-to-day resort and wellness operations, overseeing pre-arrival through on-site guest experiences and coordinating across departments (Experience, Pre-Arrival, Spa, Wellness, Retreat Assistant) with Four Seasons partners (Reservations, Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, F&B). Responsibilities include managing bookings, guest flow, service delivery, billing accuracy, and labor optimization, while driving revenue opportunities and ensuring high-touch guest recovery. Leads and trains the Experience Specialist, Pre-Arrival Experience Specialist, and Retreat Assistant teams; collaborates with Sales, Event Planning, and corporate IT to ensure seamless guest experiences and cross-departmental alignment. Must supervise multiple teams, maintain guest satisfaction, and uphold service standards in a luxury resort retreat setting in Lanai City, Hawaii.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher desirable
- 3 years minimum experience working in the hospitality or wellness industry at a front desk or control desk, operations, reservations, call center or hotel concierge.
