Operations Manager- Scotts Depot WV 3PL

Monitor daily delivery operations, resolve service exceptions, and support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting. Build, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules while preparing delivery manifests and ensuring dispatch readiness. Collaborate with routing managers to optimize performance, review payroll discrepancies, and oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations. Track recycling levels, recommend operational improvements, and submit nightly operations recap reports. Attend weekly planning meetings and conduct inventory checks to maintain compliance with check-ins and routing standards.
