Operations Manager S

Operations Manager role to supervise daily branch operations, plan, schedule, and direct branch personnel to enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and drive productivity. Responsible for overseeing inventory management, loss prevention, risk management, customer service, order management, and training/development; monitor operational efficiencies and key metrics; plan and support sales and marketing activities; equip sales with tools and learning to drive effectiveness; collaborate with Branch Manager and corporate teams; contribute to process improvements and policy refinement; manage branch expenses and ensure quality and safety standards; ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and perform additional tasks as required.
