Job Summary
Drive world-class safety culture and maintain manufacturing compliance to RUK standards while overseeing production of quality products at the Livingston facility. Lead a team of Production Managers to establish tactical and operational plans, ensuring programs meet quality, budget, and timescale targets. Execute the daily Lean management system through tiered accountability meetings, visual management, and leader standard work, enforcing rapid corrective actions for missed daily results. Provide leadership coaching and development for production team leads, championing safety, quality improvement, and CORE programs across all manufacturing areas. Manage overall responsibility for production within a high-reliability, regulated environment with approximately 200 direct and indirect reports.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive Leadership experience in a highly regulated environment
- Leadership experience of working in matrix environment with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrated track record of using continuous improvement tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Permanent UK resident
- Successfully complete a baseline (BPSS) security and background check
