Job Summary
Operations Manager for Brno-based warehouse: you will fully oversee warehouse operations within your area, lead a team of area managers and leads, implement process improvements, drive productivity, and ensure high customer experience. You will coordinate a team of ~15 people, optimize processes, plan capacity, manage attendance and vacations, monitor performance with regular daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and collaborate across departments to maintain high safety standards (BOZP). Key responsibilities include end-to-end warehouse process ownership, driving innovation and efficiency, ensuring quality of customer purchases, leading and developing the team, data-driven performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements include prior management experience in warehousing/logistics, people leadership, analytical skills, drive for continuous improvement, attention to detail, and English proficiency for internal cooperation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a senior logistics/warehouse manager or similar role
- Proven leadership of a team (approx. 15 people)
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Ability to set KPIs, manage capacity, and oversee recruitment and scheduling
- Proficient in English for internal collaboration
- Knowledge of safety standards (BOZP) and cross-department coordination
