Lead the PM shift repair and maintenance operation for electromechanical robotic systems, overseeing intake, diagnostics, repair, validation, and return-to-service; develop scalable repair/workflow processes; mentor technicians and engineers across hourly and salaried roles; partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to improve product reliability and serviceability; drive measurable improvements in repair turnaround time, repeat failure reduction, and operational throughput.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred, but not required
