Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the assigned Service Center, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality services. This role involves overseeing production planning, scheduling, quality control, and technician development while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Responsibilities include managing performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment, and facilitating training in OEM valve repair procedures. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, alongside required qualifications including a bachelor's degree and extensive experience in valve repair operations.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Yr. College Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Relief/Isolation/Control Valve Repair and Operation or similar industry
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management position
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales, Service Industry and/or Customer Service
