Job Summary
Lead and manage daily operations in the Vehicle Handling department, including training, safety meetings, and workflow management. Conduct daily planning meetings and safety briefings while ensuring all work complies with Safety, SOPs, and customer requirements. Oversee compliance with applicable regulations, including OSHA, EPA, FRA, and DOT standards through audits and inspections. Interview, hire, and train new associates to build a skilled workforce, exercising independent judgment on critical decisions like promotions and status changes. Drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency. Report directly to the Terminal Manager in a fast-paced environment requiring strong leadership and a safety-first mentality.

- A valid state driver's license
