Job Summary
Comply with all industry, customer, and company safety regulations by performing key audits and inspections for AAR, ISA, ISO, OSHA, EPA, FRA, and DOT standards. Ensure associates understand and follow work instructions, quality procedures, and site SOPs while documenting methods to improve service quality and efficiency. Set and monitor specific developmental and performance goals for associates, exercising independent judgment on matters including hiring, firing, and promotions. Maintain site compliance with Safety, SOP, and customer requirements as part of an award-winning team providing rail-related services in North America.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of Supervisory experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Able to meet attendance requirements
- Valid drivers license

- Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic experience
