Job Summary
Monitor Community Center and recreational facility daily activities, including pool operations, while scheduling and overseeing events. Assess property damage, neglect, and depreciation to estimate repair costs, and maintain comprehensive inventory control for maintenance items. Manage vendor contracts, arrange bids for outside contractors, and supervise work teams. Enforce rules and regulations with tact, resolve resident concerns, and handle keyfobs by appointment. Perform physical labor such as climbing ladders, moving furniture, and driving through the community twice weekly for trash and issues. Maintain an operations manual with current drawings and prepare preventative maintenance programs. Work weekends as needed and respond to after-hours emergency calls.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to assess and propose cost effective methods for securing community facilities
- Full knowledge/awareness of all aspects of residential community maintenance
