Job Summary

Oversee all operational aspects of the boutique, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to Richemont's high standards policies and procedures. Lead and manage boutique operations by partnering with leadership and sales teams, delegating tasks effectively, and implementing training programs to enhance team skills. Manage inventory control procedures, including receiving, storage, and cycle counts, while analyzing data to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Develop operational procedures to streamline processes, monitor key performance indicators, and control expenses to maximize profitability. Serve as a liaison between the boutique and corporate departments, communicating with the Boutique Director and Sales Managers on policy updates and best practices. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, monitoring feedback, and optimizing the client service journey for repairs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations
  • At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 20lb boxes regularly
  • Reaching to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves
  • Bending to access product stored within cabinets
  • Occasional need to use a ladder to reach product
  • Unpacking and/or lifting of large boxes that contain product

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
