Operations Manager

Oversee warehouse, transportation, and third-party distributor departments to ensure timely and accurate loading of distribution equipment. Build weekly and monthly volume forecasts to manage day-to-day distribution center operations within labor and operating expense budgets. Assist in team selection, supervision, and development, while overseeing merchandising teams in select locations. Establish, analyze daily and weekly KPIs, and submit annual departmental budgets. Maintain collaborative relationships with logistics and supply chain planning teams to achieve quality and safety metrics. Travel up to 10% as needed.
