Job Summary
Lead the Returns Center team by fostering a safety-first culture through awareness, training, and accountability. Execute operational plans to achieve performance and budget goals while maximizing team productivity and growth. Drive process optimization and root cause analysis to improve efficiency, utilizing autonomy to innovate methods and implement future process flow improvements. Provide real-time observation, constructive feedback, and inclusive leadership to keep teams coordinated across functions. Ensure all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms, are accessible for policy updates and system operations.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms
- Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center
