Job Summary
Operations Manager in a Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia role focused on managing departmental P&L, coaching hourly staff to deliver brand standards and exceptional guest service, and aligning labor schedules with budget and forecast models. Responsible for driving customer satisfaction, developing and retaining a high-performing hourly team, and collaborating across departments to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities, with experience in a high-volume casual-service restaurant and fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high volume exposure in a casual-themed, full-service restaurant.
