Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end operational activities across multiple premium gated communities and residential apartments to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. Manage large teams while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across MEP, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management functions. Lead budgeting, billing, and client interactions while maintaining government and statutory compliance at all times. Conduct site visits within Bangalore to ensure safety and quality standards. Required Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech
- 5+ years of experience in residential facility management
- Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams
- Good knowledge of MEP, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management
- Experience in budgeting, billing, and working with clients
- Familiar with government and statutory compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good planning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools
- Able to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
- Willing to travel for site visits within bangalore
- Should ensure safety, quality, and compliance at all time
