Job Summary
Oversee field operations across residential design-build projects in Cape Cod. Lead multiple crews, provide technical guidance on layout, grading, elevations, and sequencing; train field staff in best-in-class installation practices; monitor labor hours, productivity, and job pacing. Partner with the Project Manager on job performance feedback; manage crew scheduling in Aspire; address people-management needs; maintain equipment standards and jobsite professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Strong residential landscape & hardscape installation experience
- Proven ability to read plans and lay out projects independently
- Experience managing or leading crews in the field
- Comfortable with technology (Aspire or similar)
- Strong communicator and team leader
