Job Summary
Operations Manager (Reputation) at SKELAR oversees multi-brand reputation projects, crafts communication and employer brand strategies, and drives workflow optimization across a diverse portfolio. The role focuses on planning and delivering reputation-related projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, turning brand values into clear external messaging, and implementing automation to reduce routine work while maintaining high-quality content and timely delivery. Key activities include project planning and execution, briefing development, roadmap creation, coordinating at all stages, rapid reaction to reputation risks, and ensuring consistent messaging across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of related experience, strong English, experience with communications/marketing/digital initiatives, excellent organizational and project-management skills, and a proactive, creative mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in Operations Manager / Communications Manager / Employer Brand Manager / PR Manager roles
- Fluent/strong English (minimum B2) for communication with contractors and content quality control
- Experience with communications / marketing / digital disciplines
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt approaches, and master new tools and processes
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to respond quickly to risks and find solutions
