Job Summary
Coordinate team performance improvements by providing structure, processes, and tools while conducting regular one-on-ones to address concerns and promote work-life balance. Manage resource allocation and planning in collaboration with stakeholders, tracking availability to optimize time and avoid non-billable activities. Lead onboarding, facilitate mandatory training, and act as the primary contact for internal needs across cross-functional efforts. Assess performance, support growth, and ensure smooth off-boarding processes to maintain an enjoyable work experience. This remote LATAM role supports ITX's mission to help teams Move, Touch, and Inspire the world through strategic alignment and productivity enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- People advocacy
- Data literacy: Understanding of complex data interpretation, collection, and creation
- Digital proficiency: Experience using technology to create and implement strategies, apply management practices, and track spending
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization
- Good change management and project management capabilities
- Superb problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (oral and written competency)
Desired Qualifications
- A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR (desirable)
- Business acumen: Understanding of the industry is desirable
