Job Summary
Operations Manager oversees transportation operations for Roll-Off/Portable Toilet containers, coordinating daily routes, resolving customer issues, and ensuring safety and DOT compliance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting maintenance items, reviewing routes for efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction, conducting Safety Pre-Trip inspections per DOT guidelines, building relationships with project managers, running weekly meetings, hiring and training drivers, conducting performance reviews, collaborating with the office manager to address customer complaints, and directing transportation operations. The role requires CDL Class A or B, DOT Medical Card, and a Driver History Report, with duties spanning logistics, driver management, safety, and operational leadership to support general contractors, roofers, builders, and remodeling firms. Required Qualifications
- Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- CDL Class A or B (Required)
