Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations for a developing RECO location, managing parts, service, logistics, and administrative functions to ensure profitability and alignment with company standards. Directly coordinate service operations, dispatch technicians, and handle customer escalations while maintaining strong client relationships and safety compliance. Monitor key performance indicators, control costs, and support basic accounting functions including inventory management and invoice processing. Maintain workflow across departments in a fast-paced environment, coaching team members and ensuring operational efficiency. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 25 lbs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

- 3+ years of experience in branch, operations, or department management preferred
- Background in heavy equipment, parts, service, or logistics strongly preferred
