Job Summary
Oversee daily hotel operations, leading the Food & Beverage team to execute weddings, banquets, and events to the highest standard. Coordinate with Events and Sales to deliver exceptional guest experiences while monitoring budgets, costs, and financial performance to meet targets. Mentor staff, maintain health and safety compliance, and build relationships with clients and vendors to optimize processes and drive revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Head of Department in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment
- Experience within a 4-star hotel
- Strong focus on weddings and events
- Proven track record in hotel operations
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to drive guest satisfaction
- Ability to drive business performance
- Experience particularly within the weddings and events sector
