Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of concrete batching technology, equipment, and methods
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Accurate record keeping skills
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
Desired Qualifications
- Class A CDL with required endorsements
- ACI or other coursework in concrete and/or batch plant operation
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Batch System software experience
