Job Summary
Manage overall operational efficiency of the branch office by directing day-to-day functions, running project management, and ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory policies. Perform all operational functions required by workloads and absences, including assisting the Branch Owner with confidential matters, expense control, and peak efficiency operations. Recruit, select, orient, train, and supervise branch operations associates while conducting performance management, appraisals, and salary reviews. Research and resolve complex problems relating to client accounts and inquiries, evaluate support staff workloads, and ensure adequate daily staffing levels and office schedules. Coordinate registrations, continuing education, and licensing for branch personnel, while managing branch marketing and client events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of industry experience
- leadership experience
- SIE, Series 7, 66, 9/10 OR ability to obtain within stated period
- Knowledge of Company policies and procedures and industry rules and regulations
- Investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry

- Work independently, under minimal supervision
