Job Summary
Execute restaurant operations functions and act as manager on duty, opening and closing the facility. Manage cash handling, deploy crewmembers, and enforce company policies while ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards. Take orders accurately, process payments, and communicate clearly during shifts. Authorize employee functions requiring approval and utilize tools to document results and take corrective action. Occasionally drive for work-related purposes such as picking up product. Maintain a clean, safe environment and provide exemplary customer service. Complete all required training programs and work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
- Valid, state-issued driver's license
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
