Job Summary
Execute restaurant operations functions by acting as manager on duty to open and close the venue. Manage cash handling, deploy crewmembers during shifts, and enforce company policies and safety standards. Take orders accurately, process payments, and ensure the facility remains clean and safe while working around hot equipment. Authorize employee functions requiring approval and occasionally drive for work-related purposes like picking up product. Maintain accountability for all financial and operational tasks while completing duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
- Valid, state-issued driver's license
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
