Job Summary
Execute restaurant operations functions by acting as manager on duty, opening and closing the Restaurant, and deploying Crewmembers. Manage cash handling to ensure accountability, enforce company policies and standards, and utilize reward programs for staff. Take orders accurately, process payments, and provide exemplary customer service while maintaining a clean, safe facility. Authorize employee functions requiring approval and complete other duties as assigned. Lift up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, and work safely around cooking equipment. Occasionally drive for work-related purposes such as picking up product. Requires 3+ years of management experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
- Valid, state-issued driver's license
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
