Job Summary
The Operations Manager leads operational excellence at Raising Cane’s, supporting the Restaurant Leader, opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, enforcing policies and standards, conducting shift management meetings, deploying crewmembers, delivering exemplary customer service, utilizing rewards/recognition programs, approving discounts/promotions, ensuring cleanliness and safety, using required tools/logs to document results and take corrective action, and performing other duties as assigned while maintaining Raising Cane’s culture and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
- Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license
- Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
