Job Summary
Execute restaurant operations functions by acting as manager on duty to open and close the facility. Manage cash handling, deploy crewmembers, and enforce company policies while ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards. Take orders accurately, process payments, and authorize employee functions requiring approval. Utilize reward programs for crewmembers and complete shift management meetings. Occasionally drive for work-related purposes such as product pickup. Maintain a clean, safe environment while navigating stairs and working around hot equipment. Lift up to 50 lbs and work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. Complete all required company training programs.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
- Valid, state-issued driver's license
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
