Job Summary
Execute restaurant operations functions by acting as manager on duty, opening and closing the Restaurant, and managing cash handling to ensure accountability. Enforce company policies and standards while executing shift management that meets operational and safety requirements. Deploy crewmembers, provide exemplary customer service, and utilize reward programs to recognize staff. Authorize employee functions requiring approval, ensure facility cleanliness, and maintain a safe environment following all food safety procedures. Occasionally drive for work-related purposes such as picking up product when needed. Complete other duties as assigned while navigating stairs and moving quickly throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
- Valid, state-issued driver's license
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
