Job Summary
Establish and assure compliance with departmental policies and procedures while managing day-to-day operations for a team of 80 to 100. Oversee people management including work allocation, on-job support, and team building, alongside performance management through productivity tracking, quality reviews, and one-on-one sessions. Generate internal and client performance reports to monitor progress. Leverage mandatory CMS 1500 & UB04 AR experience and expertise in all AR scenarios and denials to drive efficiency. Interact with US clients to manage escalations, ensuring adherence to federal and commercial payor mix standards.
Required Qualifications
- AR experience
- Thorough knowledge of all AR scenarios and Denials
- Expertise in both Federal and Commercial payor mix
- Good analytical skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)
- Good in Denial Management
- Knowledge of Medicare; Medicaid & ICD & CPT codes used on Denials
- Demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets
- Ability to effectively prioritize individual and team responsibilities
- Communicates well in front of groups, both large and small
- Must be able to interact with US clients and manage escalations
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute
