Job Summary
Operations Manager to lead a 40-person service center and drive overall performance, growth, and financial targets. Responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, managing budgets and maximizing resource utilization to achieve revenue growth, building strong customer relationships and ensuring on-time, high-quality products and services, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced industrial service or manufacturing environment
- Strong technical background in electrical and/or mechanical products
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving financial goals
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and production scheduling
