Operations Manager | Property Management

Job Summary
Oversee daily property-management operations for Miami and Orlando markets with a fully remote leadership approach. Lead a six-person team across leasing, operations, maintenance coordination, and business development; drive KPIs, staffing, and cost control. Manage leasing and occupancy, unit turns, vendor relationships, rent collection, renewals, and owner/tenant communications. Ensure operational workflows are scalable, accurate listings, timely turn and maintenance execution, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include KPI setting and monitoring, staffing and resource allocation, vendor management, and remote coordination across multi-market properties. Strong emphasis on leadership, process improvement, and delivering exceptional experiences for property owners and residents.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or operations management experience
- Experience managing multi-functional teams
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing operations in a remote environment
- Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities simultaneously
