Job Summary
Formulate operation, inventory, and logistics service processes, manage day-to-day operations of 3PL management and the PRISM+ Express delivery fleet, and optimize warehouse rates as volume grows. Execute agreed KPIs for performance management, source new 3PL warehouses to expand across Malaysia states, and coordinate with internal and external organizations to ensure optimal service for customers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance, train teams to rectify service lapses, and provide operational support for the organization's strategic plan. Report directly to the Country Director of Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or any relevant course of studies
- At least 7 years' experience in Operations role
- Having led the function for a minimum of 3 years
- Successfully scaled and led a high functioning Operations & Logistic team for a dynamic start-up
- A Hustler with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth
- Strong understanding of business needs with a customer-first mindset
- Solid overview on specifics and capabilities in Operation & Logistics
