Job Summary
Lead multi-location operations by directing General Managers, overseeing production performance, and managing inventory planning across all Pressed Floral sites. Own workforce planning, quality control, and operational systems while collaborating with Client Care to maintain exceptional service standards. Forecast labor needs, optimize workflows, and implement scalable processes to support growth and profitability. Travel regularly to Atlanta for leadership development and operational consistency. Build repeatable systems for new location launches while ensuring consistent product quality and culture nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Located in Utah
- Ability to work in person from Orem, Utah office
- 3-5 years experience leading multi-location operations
- Experience managing operations P&L
- Experience managing inventory/MRP systems
- Experience managing workforce planning
- Proven track record of owning process design & SOP development
- Comfortable working with & analyzing operations data to monitor performance, set and track KPIs
- Experience directly managing and developing other managers
- Comfortable with regular travel
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally in production, manufacturing or a similar operations management role
