Job Summary
Manage operations to protect public and employee safety while preserving assets and minimizing environmental impact. Oversee planning, organizing, and coordination of well servicing activities, leading investigations and ensuring superintendents understand PWS policies and government regulations. Provide visible leadership through site visits, coach subordinates, and manage performance and development. Measure operational performance, identify continuous improvement strategies, and optimize field profitability by approving downtime spend, purchase orders, and financial reviews. Plan staffing strategies to ensure competency and seek new market opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years progressive supervisory skills
- 10+ Years progressive service rig experience
- Experience in Operations Management
- Experience in multiple well environments (gas, oil, sweet, sour, deep, multi-zone, slant, horizontal etc)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with a strong understanding of Microsoft and Sharepoint
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field is an asset
