Job Summary
Lead and manage the pool operations to ensure safe, efficient delivery of pool programmes, events and activities. Drive daily operations, staffing, rotas and performance management; act as Duty Manager with a strong focus on health and safety, risk assessments and incident reporting; collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support continuous improvement and service quality in a busy leisure facility.
Required Qualifications
- NPLQ qualification or willingness to obtain and maintain
- First Aid qualification
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in a leisure supervisory role (minimum 2 years)
- Experience working within a pool or aquatic environment
- Good understanding of health and safety and risk assessment practices
