Operations Manager - Poly Value Stream

Value Stream Manager for DePuy, Ringaskiddy, responsible for planning, directing and controlling one or more value streams to meet customer requirements and cost objectives in a GMP, safe, quality-controlled environment. Leads and develops staff, conducts performance appraisals, participates in recruitment, and fosters a continuous improvement culture with a Credo-based leadership approach. Drives customer-focused manufacturing excellence, cost reduction, and adherence to HSE, GMP, and quality standards; collaborates with planning, QA, engineering, and other functions to minimize backorders, ensure timely delivery, and optimize lead times. Required: third-level qualification and a proven track record in operations leadership; preferred MBA or equivalent and experience in Healthcare/Medical Devices.
