Operations Manager - PM Shift

Lead the operational transition to a new state-of-the-art warehouse facility and manage the warehouse operations at Toll Group’s largest Australia facility (68,000sqm). Responsibilities include executing the warehouse logistics Toll has committed to customers, monitoring operations, fostering innovative logistics solutions with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring budgets and financial compliance are met. Drive people strategies to maintain a positive workplace culture, manage an employee base in a complex industrial setting, and implement/oversee warehouse logistics technology. Skills emphasized include logistics and warehouse management experience at a similar level, large-scale operations management, budget management, MS Office proficiency, and project management or warehouse setup experience. PM shift hours are 2PM–10PM; the role involves leadership to deliver reliable, customer-focused logistics services and continuous improvement across a global network.
