Job Summary
Operations Manager – PM Shift at the Retail Fulfilment Centre in Prestons, NSW (2PM–10PM). You will supervise and manage daily warehousing and distribution activities across the 32,000 sq m site, directing end-to-end operations to meet customer requirements and financial targets. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating activities month-to-month, deploying innovative practices and technologies, driving profitability through performance, leading resource plans and change initiatives, ensuring compliance and safety, and building a high-performing, engaged team culture through mentorship and recognition.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Logistics or warehouse management at a similar level
- Proven management experience in transport, logistics or fashion related industry
- Experience with 3PL Warehousing and automated warehousing systems (Vanderlande, Swisslog, Dematic) preferred
- Certificate or Diploma in Warehousing / business administration or related discipline
- Ability to drive Toll’s safety strategy and participate in IIF program
